Order Questions

What is the flower order deadline for same day delivery?


We offer same-day delivery for orders received before 12:00 pm ET, unless sold out earlier. If we are sold out earlier, we will communicate this to you at the time of the purchase.




How do I edit an order?


If you need to make an update to your order, please send the update along with your order number to popheartstudio@gmail.com, or through our contact page, or give us a call at (786) 290-2503.




Can I order for a date in advance?


Yes, absolutley! We love going to the market knowing who we are buying for. On the checkout page you will see an entry box where you can let us know the date you need t delivered.





Delivery Questions

What happens if no one is home to accept delivery?


Our drivers will try their best to complete every single delivery. If we are unable to locate the address, or get access, we will always try to reach the sender by phone to try and accomodate delivery as best we can. If no one is home, we will try to contact you by phone or text message. ***We offer a 10 minute wait if recepient is on their way to the location. We will send you a confirmation email once the delivery was made. If your order was not delivered due to incorrect Delivery details you provided or we are unable to gain access to the property due to locked gates or barking dogs, we may need to return the product to our store and contact you to arrange re-delivery which may incur a re-delivery fee! If you choose not to pay an additional delivery fee and would prefer a refund when incorrect delivery address details are provided we will provide you with a 75% refund for the cost of the flowers, Delivery fee will not be refunded as we must allow for the time taken to deliver and create your arrangement etc. If your address is NEW... Please leave us instructions as we do rely on Google maps to find you!




Can I track my order?


All our orders will be delivered during the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. If you need a specific time for your delivery, please indicate the specified time during check out and we will try our best to accomodate your request. You can also give us a call at (786) 290-2503, or send us an email at popheartstudio@gmail.com or directly through our contact page, to confirm delivery time.




Where do you deliver?


We deliver flowers throughout Miami-Dade County, Monday - Saturday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET. If you live outside of Miami-Dade County, please contact us at popheartstudio@gmail.com and we'll see if we can help,




What time do your deliveries occur?


Our deliveries are picked up throughout different time slots between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm ET and we aim to have every bunch delivered by 5:00 pm. Schools are delivered by 1:00 pm and businesses by 5pm. Please include the name of the school or business at the time of your order.




Can I get in touch with the driver?


If you need to relay information to the driver, contact us directly at 786-290-2503. We will provide you with their phone number if needed.




Can I add delivery notes to my order?


Yes, absolutley! You can include delivery notes or any additional information in the customer notes sections once you have added the item to your shopping cart.




What happens if I provide the wrong address and delivery cannot be made?

Flower Questions

Are the flowers delivered in water and how do I look after them?


All of our bunches are wrapped at the base of the stems with wet foam. Once received, unwrap and remove the wet foam, cut the stems about 1/2 an inch diagonally and place in a fresh vase of water. Make sure to change the water every two days and keep your blooms away from heating and cooling to ensure you get the longest life out of them.




Can I request specific flowers in a bouquet?


Every week we order for a certain amount in order to limit wastage, so we do not have a large amount of excess stock or many different varieties to pick from when adding to orders. We will always try our best to accommodate special requests, so feel free to include this in the notes at checkout, or get in touch with us at (786) 290-2503.




Where can I see what you have available for the day?


We post our daily selections for the day on Instagram and Facebook. You can also subscribe to our newsletter sent out on Monday mornings and Thursday evenings where we share all the fresh flower selections we have available for the week.




What flowers are available to order?


To know what flowers are available to order, check out our Instagram and Facebook pages to see the selections of the day. You'll find on our flower page on the website two categories for ordering flowers: Market bouquets and Collections. We offer a variety of daily market style bouquets wrapped in brown kraft paper, available in 2 different sizes: a single and a double made with seasonal and year round blooms. There may come a time when we may not have certain flowers in stock, or we have sold old. If the bouquet you see on our online shop is not available, we will indicate it on the product. The Collections category shows special bouquets designed to compliment a body of work we're featuring at the shop. Florists and artists work together on these collections, so the pricing will be different than our market bouquets.
