Pop Heart Studio does not ship flowers or plants, as we have a local delivery service in Miami. We do however offer shipping to products such as art works and gifts - nonperishable items.
We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are preloaded in the shop for easy checkout.

All orders are shipped from Miami, Florida. There is a 3 - 5 business day lead time for all orders. Domestic orders shipping via USPS Priority arrive in 2-3 business days from posting, while domestic orders shipping via USPS First Class arrive in 3-5 business days from posting.
All shipping is processed through USPS, unless other arrangements are made prior to purchase. Expedited delivery is possible in some cases. Please contact us prior to purchase if you need to receive your order by a specific date, we will do our best to work with all deadlines.
All shipments include insurance against damage.
Per insurance requirements we must be notified of any shipping damage within 7 business days of receipt. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll let you know the next steps.
Theft is not covered under insurance but we're always happy to add signature confirmation to your order upon request!
Pop Heart Studio is unable to accept returns on flowers or plants after an order has been delivered. All flower and plants orders are final and non-refundable.
Due to the handmade nature of Pop Heart Studio products, all sales are considered final. However we want you to love your handmade art and gifts, and if you don't for some reason, please let us know and we'll discuss options to ensure you have a positive experience with Pop Heart Studio.
